I arrived to the hotel, hoping someone could help there. I told her I didn’t want to modify it, that I wanted to book a night with them directly, but she told me the hotel was sold out already. They put me with reservation, and I explained that I wanted a second night, and the customer care rep who got my call told me that since I had booked with Expedia they could not modify my reservation. Expedia didnt have any more nights, so I called the hotel directly. I had booked one night through Expedia, but I really wanted two, and since the hotel was sold out for Saturday, November 11, I was only able to book one. All they care about is your player card and how much money you are spending in their casino. They didn’t even bother to give me a convincing explanation, nothing. Almost every staff member I interacted with show no interest on the issue I was experiencing and offered me no solution at all. From the minute I left home ans headed to the Guitar Hotel at the Seminole Hard Rock hotel and casino my experience was very very disappointing. This was by far the worst experience ever in any hotel in the USA. The hotel staff, from the receptionist to some of the managers, were rude and not nice at all.
